Application for Tenancy
Please contact our Rental Office for availability before mailing or
faxing an application. We will only accept 100% completed & signed applications, with a
photo-copy of a U.S. State or Federal Issued photo ID that displays and
verifies your name and date of birth. In addition we will need to know the type of apartment and desired move-in date that you are applying for.
WE RUN A CREDIT CHECK & CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL NEW APPLICANTS.
Lease Agreement (Sample)
Our Lease Agreement is designed to be used by all of our Apartment Complexes. Please review these terms, and feel free to contact our Rental Office if you have any questions.
The Assignment Agreement is a tool used by current Tenants who wish to
terminate their Tenancy before the expiration of their Lease Agreement.
The Assignment process requires $100.00 non-refundable fee, and a new qualified
applicant, willing to sign a NEW Lease Agreement for the remaining term of the
previous Tenant's existing Lease Agreement.
