Hawkeye Real Estate Investment Co. has been investing in real estate since 1962. We own and manage apartment complexes located in quiet, convenient locations in Coralville, and North Liberty, Iowa. We also own and manage several commercial properties in Coralville and Davenport, Iowa, as well as in Rock Island, Illinois.
Our Rental Office is staffed year-round with professional leasing agents available to assist prospective renters as well as current Tenants. Hawkeye Real Estate Investment Co. also employs an experienced, full-time maintenance staff. In addition to providing routine maintenance to our properties, our maintenance staff is also available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week for emergencies.
